This application allows you to search all SaltOS or single files. When performing the search'll beat a list with the results obtained.

Resulting list: Search in SaltOS

In this list you can find all kinds of data, customers, suppliers, couriers, etc .. The list has the following columns:

• Ref.: Numeric code that identifies the record.
• Application: Application where the information (customers, suppliers, couriers, etc ..).
• Name: Name or title of the record.
• User: User who created this record.
• Date and Time: Date and time of record creation.
• NC: Number of comments entered on this register.
• NF: Number of files associated with this record.

Listing Options

On each record you can perform a series of actions that are represented by the following icons:

• Check / Edit record.
• Download PDF with log data. más info sobre PDF
• Show data through-PDF Viewer.
• This action will lead to the creation of a new record using data from the current.
• Reply mail to the sender.
• Reply Mail to all.
• Forward mail.

Resulting list: Search Only Files

This list will include only files of different applications that support attach files. The list has the following columns:

• Ref.: Numeric code that identifies the file.
• Application: Application where the file is (e, act, etc ..).
• Name: Name or title of the file.
• User: User who created this file.
• Date and Time: Date and time of file creation.
• File: Real name of the file (name on disk).
• Size: File size (unit varies (bytes, kilobytes, Mbytes, etc ..-) depending on the size thereof).
